Sulejman Veličanstveni Epizode: The #battleofmohacs was one of the most consequential battles in Central European history. It was fought on 29 August 1526. near #mohacs , between the forces of the Kingdom of Hungary, led by Louis II, and those of the Ottoman Empire, led by #suleimanthemagnificent . This battlefield became an official national historical memorial site on 450th anniversary of the battle. The memorial, new reception hall and exhibition building was designed by architect Gyorgy Vadasz. Markers at the Mohacs Monument show where bodies of nobles, knights, soldiers, and horses were found.
